Did you receive a Damaged or Defective Item? If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, or it is not the item(s) you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and contact us. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. We MUST receive notice of any discrepancies within 48 hours of order receipt. For orders received on a weekend, we must receive notification the following Monday. Once the return process has begun, all transactions must be completed within 30 days or we cannot honor any credits or exchanges.
