Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are processed within 24 Hours after receipt. Orders then Ship via Method chosen by Customer.

Please Note: Orders received after 12 Noon EST on Friday, will be processed on Monday. Orders received on Company Holidays will be processed on the Next Business Day.

The following will be our 2009 Holiday/Year End Inventory Shipping Schedule

Christmas Holiday

Orders received after 12 Noon EST on December 23, 2009 will resume shipping on Monday, December 28, 2009.

New Year's Holiday/Year End Inventory

Orders received after 12 Noon EST on December 30, 2009 will resume shipping on Tuesday, January 5, 2010.

We appreciate your understanding as we complete our annual inventory and allow our employees time to spend with their friends and family this holiday season.

Service Description

Delivery Times

Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

Monday–Friday.

Delivery Area

Available to and from all 50 U.S. states.

Exceptions

Delivery to and from many areas of Alaska and Hawaii in 1 or 2 business days.
